Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) is a non-departmental public body, funded by the Scottish Government. Their work focuses on caring for the natural heritage of Scotland, enabling people to enjoy it, helping people to understand and appreciate it, and supporting those who manage it.
As well as managing many of Scotland’s National Nature Reserves (home to many historic and magnificent forests), SNH are committed to improving the health & well-being of Scots by promoting outdoor recreation and access.
