There's something wrong with my photoWe are aware of a problem with emails being generated by our system. Every once in a while, these emails tell you that your photo has been attributed to a wood different from the one you uploaded it against. Usually, this is just an error with the email and the photo is in the correct place after all. We are working to fix this error.

My photo/blog/comment has not appeared. Why?At present, all blog comments and photos are checked by a small but dedicated team of volunteers. This means it may take a while for your content to appear live on visitwoods.org.uk.
Occasionally, we may reject a piece of content on the grounds that it is libellous or defamatory, incites anti-social behaviour or is not suitable for a family audience. In this case you will be informed via email that your submission has been rejected.
If you have not received such an email, and your content has still not appeared, please let us know so we can try to find out what went wrong.

I have a technical problem with using the websiteWe're sorry you have experienced problems using the VisitWoods website. Problems which visitors report provide valuable feedback for us so please be assured that we will address these wherever we can.
The most likely causes for your problem are:
There are missing facilities/features for this woodOnce you have registered with visitwoods.org.uk, you can add features to a wood's page, or remove ones that are not relevant. Some features may not be edited by users because they were provided by the landowner (these are shown in grey), but if you believe they are incorrect, please contact us. You can also comment about the wood in its blog.
If you believe a wood page contains incorrect information that you have been unable to remove, please contact us.
There are various checks and processes that need to take place before we can make changes to a wood, as our information is provided to us by a number of different organisations. However, we will work as swiftly as possible to address your concerns.
