Win a luxury chocolate egg!

You could win one of two luxury chocolate eggs, simply by visiting your local woods and sharing your visit with us.

From April 4th to May 6th, anyone who uploads a photograph, wood description or blog will automatically be entered in to a prize draw to win one of two extraordinary chocolate eggs by award-winning chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory, worth £500 each!

The eggs have been specially made for VisitWoods to celebrate Britain's beautiful woodlands. Each is approximately 25cm tall and are hand-painted with tinted chocolate. And even better, these are works of art you can eat!

How to enter

1. Find a wood to visit using the search at the top of the page
2. Take lots of photos on your visit and have a good scout around to see what the wood is like
3. Go back to the wood’s page and upload your photos, write comments or a wood description, or add features and facilities. You can do as little or as much as you like, but the more you add the more chances you have to win! Every upload counts as an entry.

The closing date for entries is Friday 6th May. Two winners will be picked at random and notified by email no later than Thursday 12th May.

Competition terms and conditions

1.Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of the Woodland Trust,  the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
2. The closing date for the draw is midnight on May 6, 2011.
3. All uploaded content will be moderated and only approved content will generate entry into the competition.
4. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
6. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by VisitWoods partners relating to any post-winning publicity.
7. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random
8. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
