Volunteer expense claim form

Please use our Activity Diary to record the hours you spend volunteering each month- ideally within one week of the month's end.  This helps us to capture the difference volunteers make to VisitWoods and to access extra funding.

You can submit travel expense claims at any time - just  include any tickets etc with the form for our records. Expense claims should be sent straight to our Finance team - please see the form for details.
