You can help us to create a legacy of beautiful trees and woodland the whole community can feel proud of and place Staffordshire at the heart of our project to plant 6 million trees to celebrate Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee. Just imagine the difference we could make together, the woodland your children could be looking at with pride 60 years from now as they take their grandchildren to see ‘their’ trees.
As part of this ambitious and historic project, we have worked in partnership with Local Authorities, Charitable Trusts, Schools, Communities, Landowners and Companies to help us towards our target to create 400 acres of native woodland and plant over 200,000 trees.
We have already worked with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, The Trentham Estate and private Landowners who have worked with us to create fabulous Diamond woods within Staffordshire and have got hundreds of children fired up about nature as they plant trees for the Jubilee.
The total cost to achieve all this for Staffordshire is £600,000 and we have already received fantastic support from our funding partners, as well and generous donations from many local people but we need your help to make all of our aspirations come to fruition.
CAN YOU HELP?
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters and local people we have raised nearly £23,000 meaning we only need a further £37,000 to realise all our plans – we hope you can help. By making a donation you are showing other funders that this project is important to you and helping to unlock their funding. For every £1 you donate we can unlock £9 more...
Please give generously and we can mark the Jubilee with a tribute that will keep on growing.
Here in Staffordshire:
-
£25 will help plant ten trees
-
£60 will help a Staffordshire school plant trees in their grounds or community
-
£105 can help a community plant a copse of trees
-

Every pound you can give will help plant trees in Staffordshire – please help.
