Silver partners supported the Jubilee Woods project in a variety of different ways.  Some enabled schools to plant trees; some supported woodland creation on private land; and others simply wished to lend their support to a fantastic national project celebrating the Diamond Jubilee.

Thousands of school children to participate in tree planting.

120,000 children across the UK got their their hands dirty learning about trees thanks to a partnership between the Woodland Trust and education company Pearson. The Seeds to Trees campaign sent 2,000 seed kits to primary schools in the Diamond Jubilee year.

Insurance that saves more than just money

ibuyeco supported Jubilee Woods by helping to fund tree packs for communities across the UK. Tree packs were free to the public and helped the Trust reach its target of planting 6 million trees to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

ibuyeco has supported the Trust since 2009 and has already donated over £400k.

Calor Gas providing £300,000 over four years funding the planting of over 60,000 trees throughout the UK with MOREwoods.

Calor Gas have not just given financial support to the Woodland Trust, they want to help realise our aspiration to plant 2 million trees a year in the UK by creating a wood on its own land.

The best thing about this new wood is that it has been created by children from the local school, who will be able to use the wood and watch it grow as they get older and eventually have families of their own.

Dorset Cereals supported our Jubilee MOREwoods project helping landowners and community groups to plant over 16,000 trees across the UK. Its award winning cereals are packed full of fruit, nuts and seeds. The company is committed to helping people get out and about, enjoying the simple pleasures in life like a beautiful woodland walk or a quiet moment sitting in the shade of a great tree.

Dorset Cereals also produced a special Jubilee cereal product which was sold exclusively in Sainsbury's stores and raised its brand profile with school children and community groups by providing free cereal bars for many Jubilee tree planting events throughout 2012.

For every bespoke stationery order received, The Wren Press donated £5 to plant a tree for the Jubilee.

The iconic British brand and Royal Warrant Holder worked closely with the Woodland Trust to develop a limited edition Christmas stationery range and a bespoke range of Jubilee-themed stationery.  The Wren Press are luxury stationers and an official stationer to Her Majesty The Queen.

Biomass Boiler Company helped plant 45,000 trees to celebrate HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Royal Warrant Holder Hoval Ltd created new native woodland in the UK. The Newark based company signed a three year deal to help plant 45,000 trees as part of the Woodland Trust's Jubilee Woods Project.

Money to fund the tree planting is donated every time Hoval sells one of its low emissions biomass boilers. As well as supplying Buckingham Palace, Hoval has also supplied boilers to the Windsor Castle, Palace of Holyroodhouse, Tower of London, and Wembley Stadium.

We are delighted that Marshalls supporter the Jubilee Woods campaign.

Enabling communities to plant 67,000 trees across England, Scotland and Wales

By donating £50,000 WREN have helped 194 community groups plant the Woodland Trust's community tree packs, creating approximately 65 hectares (160 acres) of new native woodland throughout Waste Recycling Limited's operating areas.

WREN awards grants to community projects from funds donated by FCC Environment (formerly Waste Recycling Group) to the Landfill Communities Fund and has funded many Woodland Trust projects including a project in Cumbria to restore 1000 hectares of planted ancient woodland (PAWS) and an informal play project across eight of our woods to encourage children to explore and enjoy their local woodlands.

This exciting new partnership perfectly reflects Asprey's extensive British heritage and history as a royal warrant holder since Queen Victoria awarded the first Royal Warrant in the 1800s. Since then, Asprey has held a Royal Warrant for every British monarch and several other foreign heads of state. SITA Trust

SITA Trust has supported the project with an award of £80,664 from their Enriching Nature programme, towards the planting of 50,490 trees at the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Wood in the heart of the National Forest. SITA Trust support will help to revitalise the area by protecting and extending the existing area of rare ancient woodland, creating a thriving new woodland habitat for a range of priority species.
